Yes, the NBA sent him a letter asking him to remove his name from the draft.

Yeah, the difference between the two scenarios, from reading the Yahoo thing about the Huntington kid, is that, unlike Titus, he has no plans to return to his college team because he's looking for a job to earn $$$ for post-grad school. So I don't think an NCAA letter is going to cause him to rescind his entry.
