Won't matter, Utah is good but not good enough.

Interesting stat after 2 games in this series..
Utah has collected 78 rebounds as a team, while Gasol, Odom and Bynum have 78 rebounds combined. Utah also has 6 blocked shots, while Pau, Lamar and Drew have 17 combined.
The Lakers as a team had their 4th highest playoff rebounding total in the past 20 years last night, with the other 3 games having 60 boards or more. Not too bad at all.
I'm still not very encouraged by the offense, but we are looking better. The defense is what I'm impressed with. At times we do revert by to the old Lakers D of being lazy and not hustling, but when this team wants to be they are the best defensive team in the NBA.

Don't think AK47 gives them much. Might make the Lakers have to put a little bit more effort into defense but that shouldn't be a problem.

2, is it really that amazing?
LAL is bigger and stronger than Utah, add that to the fact that the Jazz suck dick at the Staples Center and you have amazing stats like those above.
I honestly didn't expect anything different than what is happening in this series. Utah may steal one game in SLC, but its fishing time once they return to LAL.

And after totaling 30 points, eight assists, five rebounds and three blocks during a 111-103 victory over the Utah Jazz to give the Lakers a 2-0 lead in the Western Conference semifinals, Bryant barked back to his skeptics.
“Stupid. They’re stupid,” Bryant told Yahoo! Sports. “It’s an injury. They don’t know me very well. They think I’m done. I just hear it. I just hear it. I find it amusing. It’s entertaining.”
Bryant said he’s not quite back all the way physically, which has to worry Utah. To make matters worse for the Jazz, there are three days off between Games 2 and Game 3. That’s three more days for Bryant to rest his legs, three more days for Bryant to laugh at his skeptics.
“The talk is really just entertaining. I sit back. I watch. I listen. People are dumb. …It’s almost comical.”

I think Utah wins this one, but LA finishes it off in 5.

Utah should have a better chance now that Kofus won't be in the game.

I expect the Lakers to win tonight with their defense. Many media people said that Artest being left off of the All-Defensive team really pissed of the rest of the Lakers.

Even when Fish makes that shot, it's still not a good decision.
