Wii sports resort (the wii comes with wii sports, which is awesome).

Also, one of the most underrated party games....
WarioWare.
It is so much fun and so easy to pick up and play. Also, it is cheap now since it is an older game.

Mario Cart and the WII Sports Resort are a blast. My 4 soon to be 5yr old liked the Sponge Bob game too.

Madden '10 there's a simple play calling mode that young kids can use.
