Last friday while playing basketball I got kneed in the calf. I didn't think anything of it. Then I woke up on Saturday and could barely walk. Its now been a week and it might hurt more now than it did last Saturday. Anybody have any suggestions/ideas? I know I should go to the doctor but I just thought it was a bruise so why bother. I never thought it would be this bad after a whole week.

Nothing you can really do.. Ice if you want.
Stretch that bitch all day man. It will hurt, but it will help in the long run.

Yeah I've been stretching it as much as I can. I'll be doing a lot of walking tomorrow at the Cavs game. Who knows how that will go haha
