I'm leaning that way. I am also taking the Ravens +6 against the Colts.

I need one more game. What about Detroit -3 at home versus the Browns?

I like the Detroit bet, not sure about the Colts. I know they are away, but I don't like betting against Manning.

The Lions are golden this weekend. They'll cover.

I wouldn't be so sure about ND. If they do win....I see it being by 4.

I like UNC +3.5 @ BC. They've started playing very good football lately.

Also like Northwestern +7 at home against Wisky.

Tough call. It depends on whether NU's QB, Kafka, is recovered yet from his pulled hamstring. If he's a "go," I like NU's chances straight-up. If he's not, they could be in trouble.

On the other hand, NU has split 5-5 in their last 10 games with Wisconsin. Wisconsin hasn't won in Evanston in the last decade. NU is coming off back-to-back road wins over Iowa and Illinois, and NU played Penn State tough for 3 quarters (tied 13-13 at the start of the 4th) before Kafka went down with an injury.

Wisconsin has struggled on the road this year too. Only 3 games, but they beat Minnesota by 3, lost big to OSU, and only beat Indiana by 3 as well.

The line on the spot card I'm playing for entertainment purposes only lists the Indy game as a -6. The line in today's paper is -1. I think Baltimore +6 is pretty solid.

If anyone hears solid info on Kafka, please post it.

Take under 38 in the Browns game. I hear Gus Johnson has been assigned this one.

What has Gus Johnson ever done to the NFL in deserving this?

I can hear him now. "Wow! a swing pass to Jamaal Lewis!!. He picks up 2 yards!!!!"

I like Oakland +9.5 (although I think Cincy will win by a FG) and I think I actually like the Browns plus the 3. Detroit is also horrible and even lost to St. Louis. I always like the points in these types of games.

Finally, I like Buffalo +8.5 at Jacksonville. Jax has been playing well lately and seem to always tank just when you think they are a threat. And I imagine the Bills have to be relieved to be rid of Jauron and should play a spirited game.

^^^Anyone who just happened to see this and act accordingly is welcome! :)

Don't expect a repeat performance, though. I'll be around .500 in the end.
