Gorgeous day here in NYC today, already counting down the hours till my first drink tonight (and hopefully a nice dinner, either outside at a patio restaurant, or on a picnic blanket at the park) ... what about you?

Will be heading to Jacksonville Beach here in just a bit. Gonna destroy some fish tacos while sitting on the beach!

I'm going golfing this afternoon (took 1/2 day vacation), taking my boy to baseball practice tonight, and then might cook on the grill for dinner.

Man I miss golfing, I don't do it as much as I used to when I lived in Ohio. When I was in Ohio, I worked at a newspaper, and would always have Wednesdays off to go golfing. Plus golf was relatively inxpensive and easy to get to, loved it! Out here, you have to catch a train or drive to Connecticut, Long Island or Jersey, and it costs a fortune!

Assuming I can get out of work before 8pm I'm headed to some bars by the Garden tonight. Probably no outdoors stuff, but definitely some hiking with the dog tomorrow.

Having dinner with some friends at Carrabba's ...I will have a glass of wine and finish the evening with an Irish Coffee

No really a fan of Carrabba's so I never know what I like there.
Most likely I will get an order of Calamari and Grilled Salmon

Trust me I know, not hitting the beach persay just Bukket's at the beach for the food. Coming back to the pool at my place when done.

I will definitely be eating outside but it's not what I really want it to be. It will be from a concession stand at the Track Meet we will be attending. Hopefully, they will have a grill and do up some dogs, brats, and chicken but sometimes that is not what happens.

Ill be working a track meet at St. Francis tonight, so yeah, Ill probably eat some of the concessions. I HATE when we cover events on Friday nights.
