I have a jug of Cold Fusion EX no/creatine. It has a date of 12/09 on it. Does this stuff really go bad? It does not say expiration date, or sell by date, just 12/09 on it. Can I still use it?

Does Protein go bad too?

Yes, but i have kept it in a cupboard.

Its a Nitric Oxide with creatine.

If it was opened I wouldn't use it. I've had different supps opened and stored for a period of time and they still collected moisture.

What about Whey Protein? Its only about 8 months old. It dont go bad does it?

As much protein as you've already swallowed..if that hasn't worked, nothing will help you.

You swallow enough protein..you don't need to worry about any powders with expiration dates.
