DETROIT – The manager of a Detroit strip club was charged after authorities learned a 14-year-old girl was employed as a topless dancer, making several hundred dollars a night, authorities said Friday.

The 31-year-old manager of the All Star topless bar was arraigned Friday on a charge of child sexually abusive activity.

Andrew Hutson was arrested Wednesday night at the club on Eight Mile Road. The girl, whose name was not released because of her age, is believed to have danced at the club several nights each week, making about $350 per night, Police Chief Warren Evans said at a news conference across the street from the establishment.


Freaking disgusting. I hope the owner gets the maximum.

Not sure if the article says it, but on WJBK(the fox affiliate) they had someone that represented the place on there saying that she didnt look 14 because she was stacked. Wow. They actually showed a pic of the girls face on the newscast last night. Pretty sure thats illegal.

The girl was using a fake ID saying she was 21. Its pretty clear that the strip club bouncers and owners cant tell the difference between whats real and whats fake.

I wonder how often this same scenario is repeated in the countless sleazy clubs hidden in the blocks and blocks of similar "businesses" around our country without ever seeing the light of day in the form of national news coverage? Detroit does certainly have numerous problems, and this situation is a sad testimony to the presence of this , not just in Detroit but throughout the cities in this country. I think to say that Detroit is the worst city in the United States because of this one discovered violation however,is grossly unfair. I'll bet you could find this almost anywhere where these kinds of places exist.

I think there are many other reasons that Detroit could be the worst city in the country but its probably the fastest dying big city in the country more then anything. I seen a special on msnbc where there are houses going for less then $1000 and in some cases less then $100. The city is also in the process of tearing down houses and buildings that have been empty or crumbling for years and are just places for drug dealers. It showed views from above and there are neighborhoods that are completley gone. The mayor said the only way to make it a little better is to keep downsizing and start all over.

A similar situation occured in the Ravenna, Ohio area last year. So it isn't just a Detroit thing.

The guy that hired her clearly has some responsibility. But if a girl says she is 21 and has an ID saying she is, then what do you do?

I'm doubting you have to provide a SSN when you get hired to strip.

I saw the downsizing thing on some news program, I believe last week. It makes sense. Obviously more cost effective for the city to maintain empty lots rather than provide city services to vacant neighborhoods. Doesn't seem very popular with people of the neighborhoods, but something is going ot have to give or that whole city is going to collapse.

They won't be maintaining empty lots either, I can't remember the number, but the Mayor wants shrink the city limits as well.

id assume its just because they provide a site that has rules. if rules arent followed and violations go unreported then the accounts dnt get banned. i mean they might as well quit making webcams too if theyre gonna shut that site down.

i blame parents, parents these days know sxting/txting/webcam shit goes on and they still buy webcams/cellphones with cameras and so on.
