Dallas- 1,000 shots of Mark Cuban in the crowd (usually he's bitching at the refs).
Lakers- A reference to Phil Jackson as the Zen Master (to be fair that is anyteam Phil has coached).
San Antonio- A reference to Tony Parker as Mr. Eva Longoria.

Lakers - at some point in the game cameras scanning the crowd and pointing out the various celebs on hand. The shot ends every single time with the camera on Jack Nicholson with the commentator saying, "and of course, Jack is here."
