http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?sid=aoLIQa4G1s9g&pid=20601087The new look, aimed at thwarting counterfeiters, has several new security features, including a “3-D Security Ribbon” and an image of a bell on the front of the note that, when tilted, changes in color from copper to green. The reverse side of the bill includes a new vignette of Independence Hall in Philadelphia.

In all seriousness, is it REALLY worth putting all of these bells and whistles on there? In about 4-5 years, someone will figure out to re-create this and we'll be back at square 1
