Sept. 11: Miami at Ohio State, ESPN, 3:40 p.m. ET
Sept. 18: Notre Dame at Michigan State, ABC, 8 p.m. ET
Oct. 2: Penn State at Iowa, ABC or ESPN or ESPN2, 8 p.m. ET
Oct. 16: Ohio State at Wisconsin, ESPN or ESPN2, 7:15 p.m. ET
Oct. 30: Ohio State at Minnesota, ABC or ESPN or ESPN2, 8 p.m. ET
Oct. 30: Michigan at Penn State, ABC or ESPN or ESPN2, 8 p.m. ET

Two night games and an afternoon game for the Buckeyes. Oh, and you get to go to Camp Randall at night again.

Also, the Big Ten Network announced the following games for 2010:

Sept. 2: Marshall at Ohio State, 7:30 p.m. ET
Sept. 25: Northern Illinois at Minnesota, 8:30 p.m. ET
Oct. 9: Purdue at Northwestern, 7:30 p.m. ET

Is Minny supposed to be any good this year? Seems like a weird game to put in primetime.

Worked out okay for us last time. That was probably Pryor's best game before the Rose Bowl. I was at that game and the place was loud and definitely rocked. The only bummer was they Wisky's band was suspended, so we only got piped in music the whole game.

I think I may try and make it up to Minneapolis to see the Buckeyes play in the new stadium at night. I got to see them play in the Metrodome a few years ago, but definitely want to check out the new stadium.

They can't be too much worse than what Michigan has been and they have a prime time game as well.

Minnesota probably won't be awful, but they won't be great either. I'd say anywhere from 5-7 to 7-5. Should be a good atmosphere, being Halloween weekend and all.

It's awesome, definitely try to make it if you can. Totally different atmosphere than the Dome.

I am surprised that OSU is Marshall is on the Big Ten Network. I figured the whole reason behind making it a Thursday game would be to put it on either ESPN or ESPN2.

I always assumed that it would be on BTN. More and more teams are starting out on Thursday night and the best they probably could have done with ESPN was regional coverage. This get's the game on nationally.

Though it's available nationally... For all intents and purposes it's still a regional game, more like a "super-regional", simply based on the channel distribution.
Outside of the Midwest, the only people that are going to have BTN are those who specifically are paying extra for it on a premium sports package, or have a dish.

To be honest with you, and I may be wrong, but I feel like everytime we play a road game at Minny its always at night. Can anyone confirm? I feel like the last few games there were primetime games.

That's true, but more and more teams are opening on Thursday night so I didn't think that it would be terribly likely that the game would be on ESPN. And not everyone can get BTN even if they want to pay for it. My parent's live in Idaho and have asked (repeatedly) if they can purchase the network from their cable company and they don't even offer it. They live in the third largest town in the state and until this past season (the third year they've lived there) they couldn't even find a bar or restaurant that had BTN.
