My eyes haven't recovered yet from Pittsburgh. It was a combination of bad lineups and even worse than usual hitting. Games like tonight though can give the guys some confidence.

Yes, only 8 pitches in the 8th, in spite of the Dodgers taking 4 strikes. Only one ball thrown and three swings, two of them for outs. That is the way to lower pitch count, make the swings be outs! Easier said than done. That is the risk of using 4 or 5 relievers, like Saturday night, one of them stands to be bad!
