Fuck..that schedule sucks.

3 road games in a row.

2 road games in a row against Pittsburgh and New Orleans.

Back to back games against New England and New York (Jets).

Baltimore and Pittsburgh to end the season.

As I mentioned on another thread, all games are 1:00 Sunday afternoon games as of now (subject to change by the networks, but I don't really see the Browns being involved in any Flex decisions)

14 of 16 games on CBS as well (Atlanta and Carolina games on FOX)

Could be rough

Not a single 4pm game? That seems weird

The farthest west the Browns travel this year is New Orleans.
Kansas City is the furthest west of any team on the schedule (and they are coming into Cleveland).

With no west coast teams whatsoever on the schedule, and all games being contested in the Eastern or Central time zone, it actually makes more sense than you'd initially think.

That's exactly as I see it although I might flipflop the victory over the Steelers. That first meeting will likely be the week Roethlisberger returns from suspension.

I'm thinking of attending week 2 and 4 for sure and either 16 or 17 when my brother is visiting from Arizona over Christmas.

There's a reason they only play 1:00 games. I have them going 5-11.

That's why Pittsburgh has 5 primetime games this year and your joke of an organization has none.

Do you ever get sick of being a nuisance? Do you really have nothing better to do? Get a life, your act is tired and weak.

Also, for those of you who live in Columbus and have to deal with the whole Browns or Bengals decision by Ch. 10...

It looks like around 11 possible conflict games this year -- the most I can remember in a long time.

If the Browns aren't doing well and the Bengals are, there will be little recourse for Browns fans than to go to the local bar or make sure the DirecTV is hooked up and the bill for NFL Ticket is paid.

In terms of Columbus, here's what I see:

Weeks 4 and 15: they play each other, everybody wins

Conflict weeks as of now
Weeks 1-3, potential conflict on CBS (no clear preference week 1, Bengals play within the division week 2, Browns play within the division week 3)
Week 5, potential conflict on FOX (no clear preference)
Week 7, potential conflict on CBS (no clear preference)
Weeks 10-11, potential conflict on CBS (no clear preference)
Week 14, potential conflict on CBS (Bengals/Steelers probably gets it)
Week 17, potential conflict on CBS (Browns/Steelers probably gets it)

There's a reason why America wants to see Pittsburgh right now. And for Pittsburgh fans, it's not a good reason.

I like how we start the season. If we win those first two games, that definitely gives us momentum, and that could help translate some games that we would normally consider losses into wins.
