question for those in the know. can a high school official, in this case a school board member, hold a coaching position? is this governed by local or a state rules?

I don't know the answer off the top of my head but I would think there is something in the Ohio Revised Code.
I think i read somewhere that they can volunteer but cannot be a paid coach, I could be totally wrong though.

Checked Ohio Revised Code and 3313.33 states that any school board member can not by employed by said board. really does not go any further into details. i was told that board member couldn't be anywhere on field. any place else i can look?
