National champion and 2X Big Ten Champion Rex Holman will be at Big Walnut high school on Wednesday night. This is a part of Vengeance Wrestling Club and will run from 6-8 in the wrestling building.

If you are not in the club but would like to attend, the cost is only $10!!!

I had he chance to see Rex a while back at a camp at Ready... GREAT stuff! And $10!?!?! Unreal! I hope as many people can get out as possble. A lot of opportunities this week.

Sounds like a great opportunity! Zach is currently recovering from the Ceremonial Draining of the Cauliflower Ear. He did do an out-of-town open mat on Sunday and it seemed fine. So, we plan to attend this one. Plus, his dad still reminds him that he sacked Holman 2x and picked him off once their senior year in a game. LOL, after I post this his dad will probably stay in the car (to avoid getting "volunteered") or just drop him off.

Wow, I remember Rex Holman from the summer after my freshman year in high school; I attended the tOSU wrestling camp. There were several top wrestlers there including Mark Coleman! I think I even asked him (Rex) for his autograph! LOL

Great clinic tonight from Rex. He is a super nice guy who the kids love and always has great stories about his time on the mat. Oh, and it is also AMAZING technique from a national champion. Good stuff. Thank you to Coach Holman.

Coach Holman has done a couple of sessions for me in the past and he is excellent! I love his stories.
