On ESPN right now. He's sitting down and breaking down film with Tebow, McCoy, Bradford and Clausen. He's also getting in their heads a little bit like I'm sure he did as a coach. It's one of the better things I've seen on ESPN in a while.

If Mangini crashes and burns this year, that's your next head coach of the Cleveland Browns....

I saw the clips of all of them throughout the last week or so on SportsCenter.

Is this a whole show and not just the clips with them??

Yeah, it's pretty cool. I'd like to see him grill somebody like Jamarcus back in the day.

that's your next head coach of the Cleveland Browns....
I wish, but do you really think that Lerner would be willing to fork over another $6-8 million a year for a head coach when the team President is making $8-10 million a year. I know he has deep pockets, but tying up $16-18 million a year for a team President and coach seems alot to ask.

I do know though that Gruden has said Holmgren is like a father to him, so if the situation were to arise the Browns needed a coach I don't think its a situation where it couldn't happen strictly because of egos or desire to be the sole big dog in the front office. I just think financially it would be a tough thing to ever pull off.

This premiered on Thursday. It was a great show and I really enjoyed watching Gruden going over film with the guys and evaluating their game. Definitely much better than watching Mel Kiper, Todd McShay & co. talk out of the arses.

I have only seen the clips and from what I have seen it is a pretty awesome show. Let's hope the QB's take to heart his teaching and we have a great QB draft class this year.

I liked that they didn't kiss the players' asses. He went back and looked at mostly their mistakes and challenged them on them. Also like when he got on McCoy for his drawl and how it affects his communication skills in a huddle.

McCoy seemed like he didn't like getting called out for his drawl haha.

Clausen didn't help himself in the "leader" department when he threw the WR under the bus when he was discussing the miss-communication that led to a pick
