Going to a Pirates game over 4th of July weekend and looking for a good, reasonably priced place to stay downtown. Thanks.

There is no reasonable place to stay in the downtown area.Up by Carnegie there is a very nice comfort inn with the full kitchen and living area and patio. That will run you about 80 to 90 bucks.Anything downtown your looking at around 150 to 250.

I've had good luck getting a decently priced room downtown using Priceline, although there may be more demand that weekend than usual. It's worth a shot, though. I've stayed some pretty nice places for less or around $100.

May work out for him, but his wife and underaged daughters may have to...."pay the rent"....if you know what I mean.

Do what the Browns do when they visit Pittsburgh. Lay down and sleep at Heinz field.
