*Votto is 10-for-16 (.625) lifetime vs. Duke with five doubles. Rolen is 7-for-16 (.438) with one homer and four RBIs .... So it's only natural they sit

Wow what a rough lineup. Hopefully Leake pitches well again to give the Reds a chance.

If the reds wanna contend they gotta win 2-3 or sweep most of the series' against chump teams like this.
Im not saying losng this series would be the end of the season....just saying that if they wanna contend they gotta win most of these type of series.

Reds current lineup vs. Duke: 87 AB's, .241 BA, .283 OBP, .402 SLG, .685 OPS
Votto, Rolen, Hernandez combined vs. Duke (none of them are in the lineup): 39 AB's, .538 BA, .581 OBP, .795 SLG, 1.38 OPS
Unless those three are in a coma, all three of them should be in the lineup tonight. Don't even get me started on Miguel Cairo batting 5th...
If I ever get within striking distance of Dusty Baker, I will punch him in the face.

I LOVE that line-up. Of course I'm a Pittsburgh fan, so you guys not having your Duke-killers out there in force is why I love it.
Dusty Baker: making John Russell look competent.

What the heck is Baker doing? I can understand a night off, but why give them all the same night off? Seems like they got out the white flag before they even started playing.

And to think I was actually planning on watching this game. I think I'll pass on it w/ that lineup.

I really can't fathom what Dinglebaker is thinking with this horse abortion of a lineup. It's been brought up before that he must not look at matchups and past stats. I gotta imagine someone within the organization is presenting him with the info, he's just wiping his ass with it.

I turned it on in the 5th inning when I got home. I've contemplated putting my head in the oven.

I woke up from a nap in the 3rd. It was like God slapped me in the face. 'You must wake up and watch this'

I actually think we should play this lineup for the whole season and see if we can accomplish a single run.

I don't care what they do w/ the lineup, as long as Miguel Cairo stays in the 5 hole.
