It's a meteorite or some similar type of fragment. In the early 90's a comet crashed into jupiter that sent debris towards earth and the very end of that video where it gets smaller and just disappears is the exact same thing I saw back then. It just wasn't big enough for any telescopes to notice it so that's probably why it can't be identified 100% (maybe it has, I just watched the video, didn't read the article)

DO NOT allow the "authorities" to cover this up again. This was definitely a collision between two alien scouters returning to the mother - ship after abducting human specimens for later disection. Fragments from the two smaller craft were recoverd almost immediately by Special Ops military personnel trained especially for all alien contacts (which there are plenty of by the way). The Govt. has maintained this elite unit since the early '50s when Aliens from the T-131 star system first started visiting Earth after the initial Atomic tests caught their interest. Jimmy Carter has stated he will reveal all this in his private papers after his death.
