Below is the web site where everyone here can go to donate to my Relay Team. I have heard many of your stories and know that many of us 'chatterers' have been touched by this horrible disease in one way or another. The minimum donation is $5 and if everyone could do that small amount, it could add up to something big.

Thank you for your help. And while you're there, click around the website. If you haven't been to a Relay, find one in your area and go. It is amazing.

Where I live, I'm currently running a fundraiser for our local RFL. Best of luck to you and your efforts!

What are you doing? One can never have too many fundraisers. One of our biggest money makers was raffling a pink mountain bike. We raised over $800 just on that one. We've also had huge success selling the Anthony Thomas candy bars for $1. A new one this year is selling ballons for $2 with your own message tag then we're going to release them at dawn. Not sure how that ones going yet.

Homerun Derby
Various tournaments and fundraisers at school
3-Point competition at a basketball tournament I put on
Donations
Bake sale
50/50
Raffles
Cornhole tourneys

Most people will pay for some type of competition if...
a) A good cause
b) You get something out of it, like a T Shirt, that says "CHAMPION."

I'd punch my wife in the ear for a t-shirt.

You know what would be great... Is if we all here could raise more money for a cause than that other site. It would be a nice way shove it back to the man as well as show how much we care.

Sent a little something your way, power_i. My son is wrestling in a "Wrestle for the Cure" tourney in Circleville next month (his idea). We have been touched by this horrible disease on many occasions and nothing would make me happier than to finally moke significant progress is stamping it out altogether!

We have neighbors who put a pink toilet in your yard... you have to pay to have it removed.
