This is the first in series of two or three more, but I wanted to get this out there. I'll have a couple of follow ups for this fundamental position in a couple of days.
My main point for getting this out is the first bit in the video dealing with the motivational stuff. I love it and want as many people to hear it as possible.

It's all good now.
Techniques from this opening segment will be shuck to penetrate, cross ankle pick and finally a Dresser dump. I hope to have it all up by Sunday.
