In past years, it has been speculated that Mickelson had a love child with a stripper in Ohio, that his wife Amy had an affair with basketball legend Michael Jordan, and that Sports Illustrated was set to run an explosive story on them but were threatened with pulled advertising.

WOW! If Phil gets some negative pub for this so should she. These golfers are getting more sex than NFL and NBA players.

Not to trounce on someone who has cancer, but I have to think if she was open to a fling with His Airness, Tiger Woods might have taken a swing at it. She's just his type of woman.

A friend of mine posted this on his facebook page, so I'm not sure of the credibility of the article, but he said on his facebook that Spielman was talking about it.

I just searched it on google news and there are a few other articles out there, however none seem to be from one of the big boys (CNN, SI, ESPN, Fox etc...)

All of the people who gave a shit about Tiger better give a shit or they'll just look like bigger haters.

A illegitimate child is far worse than what Tiger did too IMO, not that I really care about either but IF this ends up being true--every last mother fucker who verbally destroyed Tiger better go after Phil the same way. Especially after they were all over his nuts and his "feel good" story after the Masters.

I hate Mickelson but with that said and even if he knocked this girl up while he was married.......who cares. It's the same thing with Tiger, I don't care what they do in private or about their morals, I want to watch them play golf. I could only imagine what would happen to Walter Hagen if he played in this era, guy boozed and had two women on his arms everywhere he went.

Why would him denying it take away the chance it's real? People tend to deny allegations of improper actions until they're proven.

I'm not saying an ilegitimate child is better but how in the hell is it worse? Tiger had the chance to knock up so many broads...he's lucky he doesn't have 5 illegitimate kids running around somewhere. If Phil has one...well shame on him. But all that would prove is that he slept with one woman. What's Tiger's # up to these day? I don't even know/care. Affairs are wrong period. Because one results in a child doesn't make the others better.

think one way it could end up worse is that for at least 18 years or longer your wife would be reminded that you cheated on her and the issue would be thrown in her face a lot more. if you get caught cheating although it probably will still come up a lot you have some chance of getting past it. but as for who has the worse behavior i agree w fab it is the same for both of them and its wrong

I don't want to speak for anyone, but my rationale for viewing it as worse is that Phil(hypothetically) brought a child into the world who now doesn't have a father. Tiger just fornicated with a bunch of whores.

Tiger hurt his wife and kids, Phil would have hurt his wife, his kids, and another woman's kid that he brought into the world with his affair, then ignored. Unless you're going to count the random sluts Tiger slept with as "damaged" (and I'd lol if anyone did) a random child would give Phil the win in that category.

This is probably all bullshit though, so who cares.

Sorry but that still doesn't make it worse. One had multiple affairs while the other would have had one (for sure). One accident or missed pill and Tiger could have had an illegitimate child.

And I obviously have no idea what kind of person Phil really is but I highly doubt that the child would be completely fatherless. At the minimum it would be financially secure for the rest of its life. I know that's not the same as being a father...but since this story isn't even true none of us know how Phil would react/care for the kid.

I'd be willing to bet that if FIGJAM did have a kid with a stripper from Ohio, he would have had numerous other sexual romps. It would be dumb to think it only happened one time. Maybe this particular hook up happened when his golf swing timing was off, and this also affected his coitus interruptus rhythm.
