This post pretty much makes you an idiot. First of all this is middle school, and boy's sports can be just as painful at that age. Your opinion. Of course compared to men/boy's sports, they aren't as good. But there is some darn good girl's sports out there. I went to a high school where we had state champions and state runner ups in soccer and volleyball and our girls basketball team was frequently in the top of hte state. I never said it's not exciting to have these teams do good because it definitely is; it's just not good athletics. A lot of people say women's sports suck, but if you went to a high school where girls sports were GOOD, it's different. There was A TON of excitement around girls basketball and volleyball when I was at Salem. They didn't suck at all. I mean, comparably, they aren't as good as the guys in pretty much anything athletically--but that doesn't mean they aren't good at the sport. In fact, I know more than a handful of girls who are better than probably 99% of the guys on here, only reason they couldn't beat the guys is athleticism, but they're better pure basketball players than most of us.
I know a girl who could probably beat half the guys on here in a game of 1 on 1.
Maybe suck wasn't the best word...It's just not not as good as male games and that's what I have to compare it too hahaSQ_Crazies wrote: Well from my experience, I'd disagree about tempo.
