Morning and night, flossing both times. Increases Thurs-Sat when I typically go out.

once in the morning everyday. floss throughout the day. about 2 days a week I'll brush again at night, but not typically.

Usually twice daily, sometimes three. I'm a little excessive with my teeth in that I have an electric brush and when I brush it's usually for 5 to 10 minutes at a time.

call me weird, but i dont brush before my first meal of the day(unless i am leaving my house to go somewhere before i eat). i'll brush before i goto bed if i remember. and i dont even know where the floss is in my house. so far so good though with the teef, although i have a feeling since its been a long time since my last dentist visit my luck will have run out.
