Yea that guy, 150 dollar fine, 180 days in jail for that creep. Pretty light penalty if you ask me.

That creep(walmart guy) could have hurt one of those kids... I have a 3 month old & if he would have done that to my kid, he would have went out of Walmart on a stretcher!

What was he charged with? I'm not familiar with the case but if he was charged with an M1 assault, that is the maximum jail time he could receive.
