Saw a pile of meat along I-90 and called in the road crew to come scrape it up, they then called PD back to tell them it was a human being.... oops!

Took 4 911 calls over 2 hours before they actually knew it was a human and did something about it.

Another report says this happened at 90 and West 41st - I really don't picture that particular part of Cleveland being overrun by deer.
