I am not part of the team but I agree the Lakers bench is not playing as well as they can.

Considering the best player off the bench is starting right now, I'm not worried about the bench.

Don't be too happy Laker fans. You beat a Pistons team missing their 2 best players whom also happen to be their two best defenders for Kobe. And they still made it interesting in the 4th after the Lakers blew a 28 point lead.
