What is the rule for Alternates? I heard if the qualifier steps on the scale he is in. If he doesn't make weight or after stepping on the scale he is found to have a skin disease he forfeits. The only way the alternate makes it in is if the skin disease is found before the qualifier steps on the scale or if he scratches before stepping on the scale. Can anyone shed some light on this?

DIII 152 NObody wrestled in the finals @ Maple Heights for 5th and 6th. Walters(Chanel) was not in the opening nights action, and there NO alt. due to neither kids wrestling the Finals match....
