Via Adam Schefter on Twitter.
It's like they welcome former players who have been in some sort of legal trouble.

Seriously I hope not true. I understand giving the occasional law breaker a second chance but the seem to only try and sign guy who have formerly been arrested.

Matt Jones is reportedly deciding over contract offers from Cincinnati and Tennessee.
Jones is iffy, but if he can play let's see what he's got. (That is only if he has been through rehab... I'm sure he has, but still)

actually the strategy of getting a troubled player can pay off, you get a very talented player at a very cheap price allowing you to spend money in other places.

You got to be kidding me. With all the past problems the Bungals have had,why would they even consider these guys. And people wonder why the organization is a laughing stock and the joke of the league. At least Maualuga will have someone to hang with other then teenage girls.

Matt Jones could be interesting. He has a lot of speed and he is a big dude. Low risk move. If he sucks or is still a snowblower... just release him

Matt Jones is worth a shot but not Pacman please. I think our secondary is pretty decent but I know Matt Jones could help out the passing game. He was getting to be pretty good until he started on that cokeahina.

Doesn't really bother me if they make the team better. Sign them for one year, low $$$. If they get into trouble kick their ass to the curb.

Hopefully that covers one WR spot that needed filled- and he works out long term. Will they go and get TO to fill the other spot? Palmer might have his hands full trying to keep this bunch on the same page. Who needs politics to entertain you when you can just follow the Bengals receiving corps.

I say that they shouldn't bring T.O. but that's just me. Take somebody in the 2nd to 3rd round and see what happens

As a non-Bungles fan (though I do love to see the Bengals succeed at the peril of PGH) I think it'd be interesting to see Chad and TO on the same team.....Would it work out??? That's debatable, but it'd be entertaining as hell. Goodell would probably shit his pants if it happened (or he'd get carpal tunnel from writing fines).
I think they could make Chad plus TO work.....And i don't think Pittsburgh has near the secondary to deal with those two at once.
Cincy has a knack for taking on the bad boys that other teams pass on. Let's not forget (how could we) they swept the North and are of course defending Champs, so they must be doing something right.
