In the off-season, I was wondering why the Magic would obtain Vince and give up on Turkoglu who presented match-up problems.

I looked up his stats this year, he has about 9-10 games out of 46 where he shot near 50% and scored more than 15 points. So about 1 out of 5 games, he is a productive player.

Vince has always been a flashy, volume shooter, who gets injured on "off nights".

Great dunker in his day, but he is not a winner......he is a "me first" guy that will not better Orlando.

The Old Huddle, and this one, have been aware of how stupid this move was, once it was made. The media loved it, but we knew. And now the media is jumping on the stupid bandwaggon, and it's nice to hear. I would be worried about the Magic if they had Hedo, now....not so much.

Bruce Bowen said that Vince Carter was just as good as Kobe talent wise in their prime. He said that difference was the Kobe WANTED IT and had a killer instinct. He never got that guarding Vince. I must admit I use to be a huge Vince fan back in the day but started to realize he may be one of the most underachieving players to ever come through the NBA. All the physical tools a player can ask for but never used it to its maximum.

Come on man, if TMac hadn't been plagued by injuries he would be one of the 10 best players in the NBA right now.

I don't think T-Mac ever underachieved talent wise. He had some incredible seasons. When it comes to getting his teams over the hump? Yes he has under achieved considering the fact he never been out the first round.

Funny how all us Cavs fans, who don't know anything about basketball, said that it was a mistake when it happened. They solved our match up issues for us AND we got better.

What's even funnier is the fact that Orlando fans are finally starting to realize it now too.

Also, Trueblue, TMac is what he is. Injuries or not, he's not the type of guy to carry a team. He was worried about PPG..
