February 12-13 at Swanton high school. Wauseon looks to be the favorite and will enter the tournament undefeated in league duals. Liberty Center, Montpelier, and Archbold look to be the strongest challengers. Any thoughts? couldn't find a list of returning champions

thats a tough loss for LC I think stacey is a 2 time DQ they have a freshman ready to step up though giving lc 8 freshman and sophomores in their lineup. Sharp is very talented but this is his first year wrestling and he has lost some matches he could've won due to inexperience.

Well, hello Free Huddle...YAY!! Rolly's predictions are fairly accurate, but it will be very interesting to see who may start bumping around this week in preparation for the next three weeks. LC's Martinez will be back for the league meet, Spieth probably not until Sectionals and Stacey is done for the season. Also, Poignon is done for the season, as well, with a concussion that ended his season - so LC's lower weights have been shaken by injury. I think overall, however, Archbold and LC have stronger tournament teams than Wauseon. With the Indians going unbeaten in the dual format, they could place second at the league meet (I believe) and still be the league champs...but if they finish in third, it may cause a tie for the top spot. Not certain on how that scoring works, but i think that is about right. Should be an interesting day of wrestling at Swanton on Saturday - anyone know what time it starts - the Swanton website says 6 p.m., which is probably not correct...LOL...
