I did like that after the loss Kobe called out his team for playing soft......He said that being a physical team is not in their DNA. Kobe is a leader and he is going to light a fire under their ass.

You might have a point if Kobe didn't lead the same bunch to a Championship last year. The supporting cast hasn't played well all year and they still have the best record. It has nothing to do with Kobe showing or not showing confidence in them. He said it last night that the players do not have the hunger they had last year which is typical once a team wins it all. Thats why it is very tough to win it back to back. The good news is there are still 5 months from the Playoffs starting.
