That franchise needs to get out of Buffalo. Sadly Ralph Wilson's loyalty won't allow them to.

I feel bad for the Buffalo fans. Their fan base is quite rabid up there and they just keep getting screwed over. We don't see the Bills on TV all that much down here, but since I began dating a girl who is from Buffalo and being up there during football season, it really pains me to see this organization not be able to put a good product on the field for the fans.

Buffalo does have some great fans but nobody (players- think free agents and coaches) wants to go there. Its a very small market and it gets very, very cold.

Chan Gailey= another NFL retread. Is there seriously no one else out there qualified for or who wants the job? I am sure there are some quality coaches who have never were interviewed for the job but just have not gotten their chance (I am not just speaking of race here).

Yeah of all the retreads, its Gailey haha. I've heard they interviewed Leslie Frazier, I don't know if he has any interest, but you would think he would be their guy

Yeah, the cold is a problem for a lot of players and Syracuse, Ithaca and all those eastern cities in upstate NY all get the Giants and Jets. The state of NY has quarantined WNY into it's own state basically. It's pretty sad to see the way they are treated. It also seems like nobody cares about Canada, because the Bills are still pretty big all the way to Toronto, but no players care about the Canadian market. Hell, the TV market (including Canada) within 120 miles is ~10.5 million people.

Growing up I always thought Buffalo was in Canada. Maybe that's the perception out there, and why no one wants to go there?

I think more coaches turned down interviews than coaches who accepted.

After watching a few minutes of the Bills GM at the podium, I now know why the franchise is in the crapper.
