Supposedly he is racing Chris Johnson and whoever loses is donating their game check to Haiti.

Pro Bowl is crap. Why can't they just stick with naming who is the all pros and be done with it?? Nobody watches and now, no one even plays in the game.

Anything to gain more attention. What an ass!

On a side note, there is no way he should be anywhere near the pro bowl unless he bought a ticket. The pro bowl is a joke.

Wow really? Come on now you got to get out from under that rock your living under and stop watching ESPN to only see the negative side that they report on Chad... Chad may be "out there" on the field and the pre-game antics/trash talk... BUT he has a great persona and a great person and does a lot for the community and really cares about his fans. Chad is a fan of the game and shows it, that is very rare these days.

I can think of at least 10 receivers that should be there instead of this ass. I guess running your mouth all the time really does pay off.

Chad may not be as deserving as some to make the Pro Bowl but to spin him racing Chris Johnson for charity into a negative is absurd.

I agree that Ocho is an attention whore, but he is pretty well known for being a good teammate, being very charitable and very involved in the community.

Not a huge CJ can and I dont think he is deserving of playing in teh pro bowl...but id have to research it further....but its admirable he will be donating his money to haiti.

He does alot of whacko stuff.....and is someone who likes to bring attention to himself, but in the grand scheme of things he is harmless. He isnt out getting arrested, getttin in fights, etc. He just does some antics that I personally wouldnt do or what Id want a player on my team to do.

Im still waiting tho for him to cost his team big time at the end of huge game with a penalty for his antics.

Chad Johnson stats:
20th in receiving yds
26th in Receptions
10th in TD's

Should have went to Santonio Holmes or Vincent Jackson.

Lets be realistic.....he was chosen because of his act. The pro bowl is starved for viewers and they hope this makes some people tune in to see what he may do.

Also...did anyone from Cincy make it to hte pro bowl? I dont recall....but if not getting him may also hope the cincy market for fans to wanna watch.

Ya know...at first I thought it was a dumb idea to have it between the champ and SB...but it is kinda growin on me. Will be the official kickoff of the SB week.

No Cincinnati had nobody selected for the Pro Bowl which is pretty rare for team that won their division.....

Chad's rankings in the AFC at WR:

10th in receptions
9th in yards
T-4th in TDs.
9th in 1st down catches and 4th in 1st down catch % amongst WRs with at least 50 catches.

But there's at least 10 WRs that should be there before him. lol

I can't believe Vincent Jackson isn't there and Chad is though. I'd definitely say Jackson should be there before Ocho.

As it was said earlier, just a ploy by the nfl to drum up some interest in this stupid meaningless game. Wonder how Stinco likes being a bridesmaid?
