No upset.

I think the Jets were ready to go in there and do some damage.

It won't be easy but Manning will make enough throws to keep Indy ahead like the game the Colts won at Baltimore in 2006.

That game was 15-6.

I think it will be another weird score, like Colts 24-15.

The first game this year was 17-15 Indy.

With the way Baltimore played today, I think they will win and play San Diego in the AFC Championship.

Colts will win and probably by a bit more than what they beat them by earlier this year.

I respect opinions and all but what makes you think the Colts are going to do any better Saturday than they did before?

They are at home, are healthy after some rest, have more playoff experience, and quite possibly the best quarterback to ever play the game plays for them, not you guys.

They have the best QB that is not a question. I just don't have much faith in his team. I guess that is why they play the game though.

Indy is not above having a great regular season then bowing out in their first game....Of course they've got the dome on their side. That always gives the edge to the home team because it'll be difficult for the Ravens O to hear.

I think this game should be a dandy. That Defense loves a challenge and physical defenses can disrupt the type of offense that Indy plays.

Indy is good in tight games, but they could be at the point where they're playing with fire. Baltimore played them tight earlier and yoyu saw how they did the second time around in NE.

The Colts should win, but that's not always the case in the playoffs. Baltimore's passing game blows goats but if they can run successfully, the way they've been, they can control the clock and the D may just be punishing enough to throw the young recievers off their game. Manning has been known to throw some picks in big playoff games and this is a ball-hawking defense.

Ravens: Hated division rival. Year in, year out been the biggest game in teh division. Hate the ratbirds.

Colts: Gotta respect manning and how great he is.

Colts laid down in the last two games, including the jets matchup that allowed them to get a spot in the playoffs over the steelers and then knocking out the bengals. I hate when they, or any team, lays down.

Although the ravens are a hated rival, it does infuriate browns fans when they do well and win. So, with that fact and the colts making a mockery of the last two games I will have to say I want the ratbirds to win.

I thought there would be more talk about this game. Aren't there a few Colt's fans on here?

Im a Colts fan, but I usually try not to think about big games (Pats, Steelers, Titans reg. season and then all playoff games) until closer to the gameday. I get too worked up and cant focus on life/work!

Ill probably chime in on this thread Thursday night or Friday with a pretty lengthy post and what I think each team needs to do.

Doesn't happen often but I'm going to pull for Baltimore.

I just don't like Caldwell all of a sudden. The rest of the Colts I don't mind.

I think the Colts will win, though. Something like 24-16.

If Peyton plays the way Peyton normally plays...and Flacco plays the way Flacco normally plays, the Colts will win by 21 points.

I look for this game to be a blowout.

Beating the Patriots this year is no great feat. The Ravens lost 7 games this year fot a reason. The Colts were 14-0 for a reason.

If you look at the second half of the season, the Colts really weren't that great.

A lot of close games against Jacksonville, Denver mostly, Baltimore, Houston, San Francisco, New England.

If Baltimore comes in and plays tough like they're expected to do with Rice pounding the ball, it should be a good game.

Colts are going to have to step it up to a level they haven't been in awhile.

I have been waiting for this game since the Colts decided they didnt want to win....aka, a month ago.

I fully expect Peyton to be sharp which he often is not after long layoffs like this. I think he will come out the first 2 possessions and pay really well, with the crowd really into it. I expect them to jump out to a quick lead, but then Baltimore is going to start making adjustments and will stall the Colts offense for awhile. I think guys like Garcon and Collie are going to REALLY have to be on top of their game because that is when the Colts are at their best. Clark/Wayne are going to do what they do, but that alone is never enough to put teams away. When the Colts are unstoppable is when they get the 3rd and 4th options with like 5 catches for 50+ yrds and a TD. This can also happen via the run game, but I dont expect much out of Brown or Addai, as I have just come to expect the running game to be more of a formality.

For Baltimore, it all depends on what happens the first 2-3 possessions. I think the Colts D will be geared to stop Rice early, and I think they will. If Flacco can convert the 3rd down passes early, we will have ballgame. If he cant, and Freeney and Mathis have big days off the edge, it could be a long day for the Baltimore passing game which would put a HUGE load on their rushing attack. The Colts defense, led by Clint Sessions is VERY fast, especially at home. If Baltimore is going to have success running, it will have to be up the middle (or via screens/dump-offs).

In the end, I think Flacco is asked to do too much late in the game and doesnt get it done, and Peyton does just enough to keep the Colts 2 scores ahead until its too late.

Colts: 27
Ravens: 20

I just can't envision the big storyline late tonight being that the Colts are out.

If the game was Sunday maybe, but the timing is just not right for Baltimore. Manning isn't losing this primetime Saturday game.

Flacco will have to take a step forward to give the Ravens a chance. He wasn't ready last year in Pittsburgh, which wasn't a big deal being a rookie, but last week he took a back seat to the rest of the offense. He can't just look cool in this game, he has to make big throws with the Colts crowding the line.
