take this deal for their first pick.

Give up number one to receive pick #7 plus a 3rd and a 5th from the Browns?

Yes or no and why?

If I am the Browns, I don't do this. Why would you want to pay so much to an unproven rookie?

Total = 1773.5

Not even close. The Browns would likely have to give up #7, a future 1st and a 3rd or 4th rounder to get #1.

Who would you want to take at #1 anyway? Suh? The only way you do this is if Locker changes his mind, then there is no way the Rams move from that spot anyway.

That would of worked years ago, but until the nfl adopts a rookie pay scale, most teams shy away from the first pick.
example: Jamarcuss Russell.

The #1 pick has become a liability, I would love to see Suh in Browns gear but it would handcuff the Browns 10 other picks

Yeah, the Browns would have to give up more than that. I imagine that the Rams will be shopping this pick though, especially if they are wanting Bradford.

Absolutely not. If it was pick #3 or #4, I'd consider it, but not for the #1 overall pick.

Remember, the Lions got a 2nd rounder to move up one spot in 2004 from the Browns (although that was apart of Butch Davis' stupidity). I believe that was from #7 to #6 or so.

The Browns got effed over last year taking 2 below average players and Kenyon Coleman and a pick to move down and give the Jets the #5 pick.

The Rams would want something along with lines of a late first rounder or 2nd rounder, IMO.

I believe the 49ers have 2 picks in the first round, that'd be their ideal candidate to trade down with, but I don't see them trading down.

They'll take a QB, like they should as that's really one of the last pieces of the offensive puzzle.

Actually, they aren't as bad offensively as people think. If they had a QB, they could be much better. They have a top rusher in the league, and very young, talented WR's, along with a very good LT, and hopefully a great young RT in last years pick Jason Smith.

I'd rather be the Rams GM than the Buccaneers.

Was Bulger hurt towards the end of the season? Or did they bench him? Things can't be good when you have Keith Null (I thought his name was Kevin haha until I looked him up) playing QB. They picked him in the 6th round and he was coached by none other than Ryan Leaf, according to wikipedia haha.

They need to cut ties with Bulger though. He seems like he quit caring a few years ago. Get a pick for him. Try to get lucky with a back-up, free agent, and then take another QB somewhere in the 2nd-4th round.

His leg was apparently still broken, and he didn't know it until an MRI. He was placed on the IR around mid-December, despite being out since week 11 or 12, IIRC.
