What I mean by this is the non-wrestling fan at the school or in the community who might be interested in seeing the results. They aren't going check TrackWrestling or Twitter and shouldn't have to.
At this point in my life, I'm a casual wrestling fan. In fact, my main news source for wrestling is @cruiser96 on twitter. I do not subscribe or read the Columbus Dispatch. My parents (60/61 years old) are casual wrestling fans to the point they'll ask me how my alma mater is doing and ask if they would know anyone. The last time I paid attention, they only got the Sunday Dispatch. And I bet they don't even get that anymore as I haven't noticed a newspaper at their house in a long time.
On your side of the debate, my parents are going to the social media outlets to look for results.
I'll say I'm ignorant to newspapers, but isn't the Dispatches readership dropping? As Snuggly Hippo said, it's a dying medium.
My parents will glance through ThisWeek paper.
I also know a now-retired Dispatch employee who says with new ownership/leadership, it's REALLY going downhill.
What stake do you have in the Dispatch that you feel IT has to be the source?
