i still have some project left over from last year....
Build a 6 feet high fence around my garden ( deer )
Build that three step stone and stone slab back door stairs leading to the back patio
Planting of the garden, flowers and some bushes
Gather up and splitting more fire wood
Paint the inside hallway and stairs ( would have done it this winter but the can't pick the colors she wants)
Run cable to the up stairs extra bedroom
Start to down size (clear out shit we never use) and get rid of it... (Wife thinking about doing a garage sale. Just shoot me now)
Thinking about building a greenhouse.. I have 24 30x30 windows have to do some math to figure out if this idea will work.
That just a few item on my summer project agenda, I'm sure more will be added..

What on your summer project to do list?

Move into a new home. Ugh. We just moved in December of 2013. I hate moving.

Tear down and rebuild a new back deck. Turns out...may be done this weekend if the weather is good and dad is up for it.

Already did a few big projects before/during spring break -- clean basement, mudroom half the garage, and cut down two trees. We moved into our house in June 2013 and didn't have the time to clean any of it as we were busy with our careers and child. I finally had enough and got going with it. Unfortunately, those that we bought from left a lot of crap/garbage to clean up. It's coming along nicely.

If I have the time and handiness, I'm going to try and redo my yard. Moles and weeds overtook it. Need a skid-steer to wipe out the "flower bed" and rid the yard of other worthless stuff. Rent a rototiller and just reseed. We'll see. Cost is also something that will hold me back from either this or the deck.

Going to buy this boat and fix it up. $1500 for a 22' with a fish finder but it's definitely been a little neglected

Looking to plant some of that grass that gets like 10 feet tall on the property line to hide my woodpile. Looking into what kinds are the best.

. Tall grass a good idea... Take a look at weeping Alaskan cedar.
i liked the green look all year round, puts off a great smell, fills out on the bottom and covers a lot of area

Just want something on the otehr side of the garage where I put my wood and brush when I trim and things so the neighbors dont have to look at it when they are in their back yard.

Lots of projects.

We want to replace all 3 of our exterior doors.
General landscaping and gardening projects.
I'd love to update our deck a bit but I'm not sure that will happen this year.
We need to paint our house this year, probably a year to two late on that. We will probably pay someone to do this because our house would be an absolute bitch to paint myself.
Our basement has a nasty old bathroom in it that hasn't been used for many decades. I'd like to rip that out and make that area into more storage.
I am planning on redoing my office with new floors (carpet to wood/wood-like floor) and a built in desk (similar to this: http://findinghomeonline.com/easy-diy-built-in-desk-tutorial/).

I know I have others but these are all I can think of now.

Right now:

- Doing EVERYONE's laundry at the house, that has been neglected since probably summer.
- Caulk lots of places in kitchen and paint ceiling
- Outside work, pick up sticks, cut up fence that blew down
- Dog shit

If we move...
- Build a fence for the horse(s)
- Figure out what to do with the dogs. Currently have a fenced in back yard. Country home is wide open.
- Country home has bad sulfur/hard water. Need to get that fixed
- Lots of exterior cosmetic repairs

Excited to move... but I hate moving.
