I am trying to find out which youth clubs practice on Monday and Wednesday nights. I would love for my boy to wrestle for the Teays youth club because that's were he will be going to school, but his lovely amazing mother ( total sarcasm) has other arrangements on the nights they practice. So any help would be great!

Totally off the subject guys...well kind of. I am a basketball guy and never wrestled so I need your help!
My 7 year old son has decided to wrestle (and I must say I am very excited for him) so I have looked into gear for him. I have purchased the Cliff Keen tornado head gear, so that has been taken care of. Now its time for shoes and a singlet.
Suggestions on shoes/singlet brand/style??....and should he be wearing knee pads?

Singlets are pretty much the same so either way is fine. Knee pads aren't a big deal. It's more of a preference. At this level id say go without it first. I started when I was 5 in HTAA little rangers program and dad didn't buy me a knee pad until after I won my first major tournament when I was 8. Where are the little rangers practicing at?
