There needs to be some limitations on NBA officials. If you are over the age of 55, you can't ref pro athletes anymore. Or make them go through a physical test. I would apply this to football as well.

He is a fat ass 63 year old. How do you expect him to keep up with these guys and be able to see and make proper calls?
