We have 2 going for 3rd, 106 & 132.
WR had 5 in semis, Bonner in finals at 120, think McGowen dropped to conso at 152, Ayers & Jenkins both dropped to conso at 160 and Thompson dropped at 195.
Poeschel dropped at 285 losing to Archer in semis

Calling ALL coaches!! With grades, work, lack of commitment, injuries, etc., etc. (kids have a lot of excuses! LOL).....please comment on whether the following wrestlers are still on your team (or other's teams if you know). For instance, I heard King & Wellborn from MF quit and aren't wrestling, I haven't seen Perry or Burton from WH, Waits from C supposedly out & Fall was ineligible, Gause from M is out and Allen likely is as well (bone scan on back). In an effort to put out accurate rankings....it would help if I (and 80baby) had accurate info!! Thnx! : thumbup:

Thanks, haven't seen him either and WR had Griffin at 285 (wow, he's a big boy!) at LH tourney.

1. Walnut Ridge (clear favorite)
2/3. Mifflin & Whetstone
4. West
5. Centennial
6/7. Marion Franklin & Independence
8/9/10/11/12 Eastmoor/Northland/Linden McKinley/South/Briggs
13. Africentric

No one will touch Walnut Ridge, everyone else vying for 2nd!
I still think West will get 2nd (don't u Lou Holtz us, Felix, lol).
Without Gause at 220 (not wrestling), Allen at 182 (injured, more than likely not wrestling) and Chatman at 152 (lack of commitment, possibly done wrestling), Mifflin will struggle to finish 3rd.
Whetstone, Marion-Franklin & Centennial struggling with filling a lineup also, so who knows who 3rd-6th will be??

I'll go on record by say this "teams 2 through 6 will all be close I think it will come down: 1 coaches putting their kids on the right line and 2 which kids show up to wrestle on the 21st". After seeing just about every team it looks like just about every team should have a kid place in the top 3. The question is: how will they get there and who wins the 4-6 placement matches? That we'll have to wait until the 21st to see who really wants it. I agree and have WR as my highly Favorited team to win the championship but that's why the kids will settle it on the mat!

Once everyone gets back with myself or it is what it is he and I will put our our version of individual and team rankings. So coaches when we put our rankings out and you feel that your kid isn't ranked high enough or ranked at all GET AT US AND PROVE WHY YOUR KID SHOULD BE RANKED HIGHER OR IN THE RANKINGS.
