Why? Minnesota doesn't have any leverage since Love can pseud-veto any trade by not agreeing to a long term extension. Look at the Howard trade to the Lakers; all players/picks just mentioned are better than anything Orlando got in the deal.

Not a chance in Hell they give up Irving. Wiggins, possibly.

I'm actually just content with the team we have now. Not sure why we need to cater to the TWolves who are losing Love anyway in a year.

I think we can all acknowledge that whatever we're offering for Love, it hasn't been reported. If the past 2+ years have taught us anything, it's that the Cavs don't leak anything.

We obviously know it could be from the group of Waiters, Thompson, Wiggins, bundle of 1st rounders, etc... but we don't know what.

and I'm not sure Boston has the ammo to beat one of our deals

Wouldn't we need to give up at least 2 of those guys just to make the salaries work?

Crazy that Lebron will just be turning 30 at the end of the year.

I figure he realized one title in CLE might be more doable than 3-4 more rings and worth just as much in terms of legacy.

I don't know what our current picture looks like. There's too many possibilities to know.

For example, we could sign and trade Deng, giving us a trade exception to eat some salary (I don't think we've renounced Deng yet?)

And if we find a third team to facilitate, it muddies the picture as well. Lot's of moving pieces, we'll figure it out.

I have faith in Griffin and Blatt about who they want on the team.

2 of my buddies bought 4 seats last week and another 4 yesterday. Quite the smart investment, plus they've got plenty to go around when I come visit.
