Saying he got good grades in high school says to me he had corrupt teachers who would give him the grades. Winston is not a smart dude just listen to him talk for one minute you can tell he's brain dead.

You take a lot of unnecessary ribbing & criticism on this site... but I have to disagree with you here; and this is even coming from a Colin Cowherd supporter. I listened to Colin's segment on Winston and how he thinks Winston is this highly intelligent kid & all of that... but I'm sorry, I just don't see it. Anyone who continually puts them self into the spotlight (e.g., stealing crab legs, jumping on a table in public & shouting 'F*ck her in her p*ssy') after having serious allegations brought against them (i.e., rape) is NOT a bright person, IMO. There's a difference between talking 'southern' & being intelligent vs talkin 'hood' & being a nitwit.

There's a reason why NFL scouts are starting to come out saying they want Winston to stay in school another year (Scouts say Winston needs another year); and it's not because of anything on-the-field. It's because they're starting to see all childish antics and they don't think Winston is mature enough for the NFL game yet. Granted intelligence and maturity aren't a 1-to-1 relationship; but I do think they go hand-n-hand more than perhaps some think. Look at some of the smarter QBs in the NFL... Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, Drew Brees, Andrew Luck, Russell Wilson, Matt Ryan... no matter how hard I try, I could never see one of those guys shouting "F*ck her in her p*ssy".

I have to disagree with you here. It's entirely necessary.

This sentence made me picture Peyton Manning singing "Fuck her in her *****" to the Nationwide song and I laughed to myself.

Saying Winston is smart is like saying KnightRyder has a clue...it just isn't so.

I wouldn't really say that UNC scored at will. Don't forget that UNC scored their first 14 points because of Golson turnovers. That game could have been way different if not for those turnovers. If ND (read: Golson) can hold on to the ball, this will be a close game.

The block on the long TD from Baylor. Insane. Guy chasing a WR across the middle of the field and another WR comes from the other side of the field and absolutely lights the guy up. As it should've been, because it wasn't a crack back or defenseless player, the penalty flag for targeting was picked up and the TD stood.

I'm glad they added the review this year. Absolutely got it right after looking at it. Great hit.

Honestly, now that I look more into how this plays out, I'm convinced that the Big XII will be left out of the playoff. This bodes great for the Ohio State/Michigan State winner.

OU has a loss.
OSU has a loss.
TCU has a loss.
KSU has a loss.

Right now, Baylor winning out, Oklahoma winning out and Oklahoma State winning out is their only hope. A 1-loss Baylor will have lost too late to work their way back in, especially with no title game. Oklahoma's loss to TCU isn't so bad, a winning out beating K-State, Baylor and OSU would give them the inside track. Oklahoma State, well, they play at TCU, at Baylor, at K-State and at Oklahoma. They probably lose at least 3 of those.

1. Florida State - won't lose
2. SEC Winner
3. Pac 12 Winner
4. Ohio State/Michigan State, with 1 loss
