While there currently is no proof he raped a girl, there does seem to be a lot of proof that FSU is essentially the Steubenville of the South with the way campus officials and local police worked to cover things up. At the very least, if I'm Winston and I'm actually innocent, I'd probably be mortified that people worked so hard to sweep things under the rug that I look guilty as shit with a lot to hide to the outside world.

I also think it's funny you're suddenly concerned with other people knowing something as a fact when you said this, concerning your statement about how one would have to be naive to think the OSU players only traded stuff for tattoos because of other shit the owner of the shop was involved in. Without actually having proof of any drug transactions.

So, congratulations for making accusations which you don't know as a fact (because, since you're pretty dumb and probably need things spelled for you, a statement along the lines of "you have to be naive to believe this" doesn't count as a fact), while whining about other people stating things they don't know as a fact.
