lol the Bills have at least 1 blackout every season and ownership buys the tickets in multiple games every year. In 2012 alone they had 2 blackouts and Wilson bought the tickets in 3 other games. I don't buy into that percentage bs. They still have a great average amount (71k is a lot) that shows up, especially for a 4-12 team in a small city.
