But to iggy it makes him the complete package and the city of Cleveland should riot if we pass on him. Lol.

Johhny Football has already showed he can play on the field. Now we are finding out he has the brain power to go with those physical tools that allowed him to be a stud in college.

I appreciate the effort to troll me, but at least come with a more legit comparison.

Vince Young got a 7 on the wonderlic. Really scarred off NFL teams huh?

Fitzpatrick also didn't rip the SEC to f*cking shreds. I'm not saying we need to take JFF, but bringing up Ryan Fitzpatrick screams irrelevance. Then again, so does the Wonderlic

According to who? you?

I have yet to see a legitimate article that seriously calls into question his accuracy (if you find some, please post. I figure they exist, I just haven't come across them yet). Relatedly, Merrill Hoge doesn't count as legitimate lol

I know Manziel's stats aren't exactly the best when it comes to accuracy but that's also due to his playing style, not the potential NFL accuracy of his arm. He can make the throws and make them accurately. But if he continues the same playing style as college, he won't succeed (running and improvising instead of feeling/reacting to the pocket pressure and going through reads 2-4).

Has Mack officially signed yet? Wondering when the clock starts on the Browns.

Enough to get him drafted #1 overall using the same logic. Manziel will be out of the league in 3 years just like RG3. Trash play style.

That's fine if you think that he is "total package" Elway/Luck/Manning with accuracy. I don't think he is the total package. I think he is worthy of being picked in the first round, late first round, but not "total package" top 5.

I don't think he's the total package and I don't think anyone is saying anything about Elway/Luck/Manning comparisons. I'm saying that there's a difference between you saying "no way is his arm accurate enough" and a professional analyst saying the same thing. I wouldn't even say anything except I feel like your comment is coming from left field.

Which was my point.

Wonderlic is irrelevant.

Wouldn't expect an Arizona Law Student to understand though. /MB'd

After listening to the guy that runs Sports Science on the Herd yesterday, I'm warming to Bortles. That guy pretty much has nailed who will/won't be good in the past 7/8 years, including Vince Young not being any good, and Kaepernick being a star.

Out of the guys he had worked out, or had in the lab. (Bortles, Carr, McCarron, Bridegewater) Bortles was his top guy this year. He didn't have Johnny Football, so no real way to judge him compared Bortles.

He stated the Bortles is very good at everything, but not great at any one thing, which is IMO what you want your QB to be. You want them to be able to make all the throws, but not be a Jay Cutler and think you can make every throw, every time regardless of coverage.

Read Iggy post about him being the total package. Read my post about him being worthy of a first round pick. He is good, he is accurate, but not accurate enough (nor correct body type) to be considered elite like Iggy is claiming.

So Mack gets $26 for 2 years then walks if he wants? No trade, no franchise, no transition.
