When Q plays well, this is a completely different team.

What we saw out of Amir tonight is what we're going to get all season. He and McDonald will have to platoon, and whoever is hot at the time will play. Craft, Scott, Q, Sammy, Loving, Smith Jr. and Amadeo form an excellent rotation, and if at least one of our bigs is on, we'll be mighty tough.

Besides the rebounding, I thought OSU played about as well as they could for this early in the season. Great all around balance. Great to see Q get going and play with some confidence. I really like the look of this team. Someone different stepping up during different points of the game when needed. I know we continue to gush over Craft...but the kid can just flat out play. His stats rarely look great at games end. But what he brings to the floor on both ends, is not measured in the state column. Sam Thompson is just sick athletically. Good solid win for the Bucks.

I think Amir is better and will do better than what we saw tonite. But not as good as what he has shown against sub par competition. He will have his moments. But he was a disappointment tonite. I wanted to see him against some decent athletes. So in a sense, I agree with you. McDonald obviously isn't great. But he can give OSU some decent rebounding and defense in short spurts. But this team isn't built around either of those guy and they have enough on the perimeter with great balance to overcome that. Rebounding and lack of physical play do concern me. But I like the versatility and perimeter play of this team. Amir and Tre are what they are. Anything more then can give will just be a bonus.

None other than Bob Knight agrees, so we're in pretty good company.

A couple of them were just sick! I think it was the last one, catching it over the defender and bringing it down...might be the dunk of the year. I could be wrong, but besides Blake Griffin..not sure I have seen anyone have the hops this kid has in a very, very long time.

I can't imagine the stuff he pulls off in practice. I love that no matter who has the ball they become aware of the situation when they see Thompson darting towards the rim. Lob it anywhere close and he will get it.

The second dunk, with the opposing player hitting Thompson and him bringing it down with one hand is pretty sweet. Thompson does this almost every game. Its become the norm for him to be honest. The kid has amazing ups, timing and athletic ability. Get it around the rim, and he can bring it down.

This kid is Victor Oladipo cloned, athletically.

They were all impressive dunks. Not dunk of the year though.

Ok..lets see a better one to date? I doubt there is anyone out there who does it consistently as Thompson does.

I'm saying at the end of the year that won't be a top dunk. Jesus relax lol

Thompson has serious hops and I love when he dunks. So effortless.

Javonte Douglas was the first that I thought of, too. He just freezes at the peak of his jump.
