Either way the story is unlistenable. If the Heat lose it will be cramp jokes for way too long.....if the Heat come back it will be all these jokes motivating him to be the GOAT.

It's set up for him...Bosh and Wade weren't up to it.

I never would have expected someone with your basketball acuity to say that. I'll chalk that up to you forgetting watching him play in Toronto. He was most definitely a #1.

It's all good. I just can't figure out what I did to my settings to keep the pics from posting. I have this great gif of a cat twerking that I wanted to post on the funny pictures thread. Shit had me cracking up.

Maybe it's too broad of a term.

I don't consider David Lee, Al Jefferson or Zach Randolph #1's either. When I think that, I'm thinking consensus top 10 player, which obviously is going to be few and far between. Then again, after the top few players, it's very subjective too.

Cowturd has been sucking LeBron's dick for a long time, and during that time Mike Vick must have been fucking Cowturd's wife. Cowturd has always hated Vick.

When I think #1 I generally think best player on a playoff team (or better, obviously). This makes them, again generally, a top 15 guy. That was absolutely Bosh. He made 2nd team All-NBA in 06-07 but wasn't significantly worse in any other year. Al Jefferson proved quite admirably as a #1 this year. David Lee was never the best player on GS and Zandolph isn't for Memphis (Gasol, or you could even make an argument for Conley) so I don't think they're #1's either.

Bosh most certainly was a #1 in Toronto...you serious?

As I said, it's subjective.

Chris Bosh averaged 20/9 in seven seasons with Toronto. He won a total of 3 playoff games.

Al Jefferson averaged 19.3/10 in 6 seasons with Utah and Minnesota. Neither team was ever good. He's been to the playoffs twice (I don't count Boston, he barely played), but hasn't won much. Is he a #1? Has he ever been considered one?

Bosh was great in Toronto, but was also in a position to BE the #1 on a team, but his true break out and claim to fame started when he went to Miami. I feel that in the right situation and the right timing, there could've been quite a few guys who stepped in and "teamed up" with LBJ and DW3. There's no doubt Bosh's reputation and status was elevated in making that move.

Whatever man, I used to be stubborn and think the same thing about Bosh and someone presented a good enough argument to me that convinced me he was clearly a #1.

Not gonna waste my time arguing something I think is obvious.

As for as Jefferson, notice how I said he proved himself as a #1, THIS year. He hasn't always been a #1 but I don't consider the classification static, rather a dynamic one that changes year to year. Hence Bosh was a #1 in Toronto but isn't now.

I like the first damn question of Coach Pops pregame press conference.

"Coach when you walked in the building could you tell that the a air conditioning was on" I hate dumbshit sports reporters.
