....shot at the playoff....I know, I know...don't lose to 4 horrible teams....but the fact is IF Pittsburgh can take care of business the schedule looks do-able with the necessary teams losing
I just see the freaking Jaguars refusing to lose the final two including the upset of the Patriots.
The Jags are adept at screwing the Steelers.....and this time it will be all Pittsburgh's fault.

The 14-0 Colts needed some help to beat them in both games this season....a 2 point win and a 3 point win

Yeah and the Patriots were handling the Colts pretty well at home until Belicheck went crazy.

Steelers lost to the Browns-they don't deserve the playoffs.

lol the NFL is definitely a crazy thing. The Steelers looked like hell against the Browns and then they come out and beat the Packers.

Hey Non.....would you detail how Houston is above Pittsburgh.....I thought it was division record before strength ovf victory or common opponents

Houston would have the tiebreaker based on record against common opponents.
The first tiebreaker is head-to-head but they did not play.
Second is conference record but the Steelers and Texans would each be 6-6 if they win out.

Only if they're in the same division.
I guess it's worth noting that a Houston tie against Miami would be the same as a loss.

If the Ravens lose to the Steelers, they wouldn't control their destiny in Week 17.
Let's say the Jags, Broncos and Jets lose and Texans lose in Week 16.
Pittsburgh would be 8-7
Denver would be 8-7
Miami would be 8-7
Baltimore would be 8-7
If Miami and Denver win they're win.
Ravens would, in essence, need the Steelers to win over the Dolphins.

PIttsburgh's wins....those teams are 52-48
Jacksonville's wins....those teams are 38-61
to me that's more important than common of 4 games
