So maybe when he was shooting at the cops he used all his ammo and couldn't shoot himself.

And how fuckin freaked out was that owner when he goes to check his boat amd sees blood in it. Wow.

There is no new precedent to be set.

He was also not a naturalized citizen and did not fall under any of these caveats, he was jus soli and jus saguinis

Fuck him. He gave up his rights when he decided to kill three people by planting a fucking bomb at the finish line of the Boston Marathon. He has no rights.

If he's in ok health, I imagine the grilling starts very soon. I'd love to be a fly on the wall in that room. He's 19, I imagine he cracks rather easily.
